Though I’ve already done a post for the A to Z Blogging Challenge on some of my favorite blogs, I decided that I need to update that list and add some current inspiring blogs and other media.
ongiftededlers– As I continue to evolve, I’m looking more towards the future. Joy Navan’s blog has been a Godsend to me. Having no nearby older role models who are gifted, I’ve wondered what the future holds. I’ve gained great insight from Joy’s words.
Rainforest Mind-I can’t say enough about Paula. She’s been my virtual guide the past several years and continues to figure prominently in my life. if you have a ‘rainforest mind’, you know why.
Sir Ken Robinson– He’s the man who understands. Though I’m homeschooling and blogging now, my time in education isn’t over and never will be. He gives me hope for the future.
GRO Gifted Research and Outreach-I’m excited to see what’s going to happen with this site. They’re huge on research on the physical and psychological characteristics associated with giftedness. I’m hopeful that in the future, giftedness is much more understood and accepted.
Leah K. Stewart– This young woman has all the right ideas about the future of education and is doing all she can to be heard. She gives me hope for the future.
Uncharted Journey– This child is already an accomplished blogger, web designer, and businesswoman. I’m in awe of her and can’t wait to see how her future turns out.
My oldest child- is a gentle, kind, fun-loving, quirky teen. He has no idea what he’s capable of yet, but once he does, I can’t wait to see how he grows.
My youngest child- is a highly reflective, quizzical child who is always searching for understanding. I’m curious to see what he chooses to showcase his talents in the future.

Being only 11, I do not have as much freedom to comment on blog posts as I would like. (This may actually be my first ever comment on a blog post). WOW – Thank you! A friend found our non-profit Gifted Research and Outreach was included on this list. Very honored……again, thank you! I will let you know when our next article comes out. Our researcher has just sent us several new pieces and we will be publishing them soon. Thank you too for all you do.

No, thank you! Your group is truly inspiring. I hope your research yields results clearly enough for people to understand that giftedness is not solely about academic achievement. Thank you Lisa, wow! You inspire me. It’s been so, so cool to see all you’ve explored and built over the last year. Loving it. Paula Prober (Rainforest Mind) has also just earned a new fan in me AND that video you like to for Ken Robinson was super. What a great find. I’ve only ever seen his big talks and mainstream interviews to date, so thanks for sharing that one 🙂
